7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med-Surg and Telemetry nursing Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system is required Strong monitoring, assessment, and clinical documentation skills Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based care and patient safety
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in Med-Surg and Telemetry units Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and promptly report changes in patient status Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement care plans Administer medications, perform assessments, and complete accurate timely charting using Cerner Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe, comfortable environment In this vital role, you will make a direct impact on patient outcomes while collaborating with experienced healthcare professionals.
