Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-Stepdown Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity awaits experienced nurses with a strong background in stepdown care. You'll be immersed in a fast-paced hospital environment, delivering high-quality patient care in collaboration with a skilled medical team on the 4 North Unit.
Schedule & Hours:
Night shifts (12 hours) 36 hours per week, typically 3x12s Assignment duration: 13-16 weeks Every other weekend required Must be available for 3 holidays (combination of major/minor: 11/27, 11/28, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent RN Stepdown experience Prior travel nursing experience is a must Proficiency with Cerner EMR required Holds an active, unrestricted AL or multistate compact RN license (cannot accept pending applications) Flexible to work assigned holiday shifts; blocked scheduling cannot be guaranteed Motivated to deliver exceptional care in a dynamic clinical setting
