Qualifications & Experience:
Valid RN license, eligible in Alabama At least one year of recent Telemetry experience in an acute care setting Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring Accurately assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols Educate patients and families on care and recovery to support positive outcomes Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
