Full-time day shift with call responsibilities or PRN day shift
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicate patient conditions, and coordinate multidisciplinary care. Execute physician and nursing orders accurately. Assess discharge needs and collaborate with healthcare team for patient planning.
Qualifications:
Current BLS certification within 30 days, from AHA or Red Cross. Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse from the Alabama Board of Nursing prior to hire. Diploma from an accredited nursing program and professional licensure at hire. Additional preferences are not specified.
