What You'll Do:
Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to facility leaders and nursing teams, ensuring they have the tools, systems, and guidance to operate at peak performance Conduct facility visits to assess compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and mentor staff toward best practices Partner with Regional Case Managers to ensure care plans and coverage meet resident needs Lead proactive survey preparedness and support facilities during inspections Analyze key metrics — from Q.A. reports to incident trends — and help implement corrective action plans Provide expertise in risk management, clinical technology, and regulatory changes Champion customer service initiatives that enhance resident and family satisfaction Review and refine nursing policies to stay ahead of evolving industry standards Why This Role isDifferent:
