Qualifications RN License BLS Certification ACLS Certification Full Job Description Overview:
- This is a temporary experienced RN assignment
- The RN's role is to identify patient needs and priorities for care through assessment.
Assignment Duration:
13 Weeks (renewable once for a total of 26 weeks/year)Assignment Type:
Temp with Full Time hours (PRN Status)Assignment Shifts:
Night shifts. Minimum of 48 hours per week for 13 weeks / rotating weekends; Eligible for overtime. Not eligible for lump sum extra shift incentives, eligible for shift differentials.Assignment Benefits:
Limited benefit plan (High Deductible Health Plan ONLY, no disability/life insurance, ETO accrual or 401(k) matching) Internal candidates are not eligible to apply.Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensureExperience Preferred:
Minimum of 2 year experience in Critical Care and/or Emergency Care strongly preferred, with flexibility to work in Med-Surg Units. For internal candidates, minimum of 1 year of service in current position.Additional Skills/Abilities:
BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period. ACLS required if applicable to specific unit.- Current HH Health System affiliates employees including Madison Hospital are ineligible to apply
