Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Contract Deliver exceptional patient care within a dynamic medical-surgical environment, utilizing your expertise as a Registered Nurse. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals experienced in Med Surg settings who are dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of their recovery.
Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Demonstrated experience in medical-surgical nursing Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities Ability to collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Current BLS certification (additional certifications are a plus)
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients on a med-surg unit Monitor and document patients' conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status Administer medications and treatments per established protocols Educate patients and families about ongoing health needs, procedures, and care plans Support discharge planning and follow-up processes for smooth patient transitions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
