1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Rehab RN for a 13-week inpatient assignment requiring an active AL or compact RN license and at least 2 years of experience. Details Inpatient Rehab Unit setting within an acute care hospital 32-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:7 Geriatric and adult patient population with diagnoses including strokes, multiple trauma, and ortho/neuro conditions 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Every other weekend required No on-call requirements Requirements Active RN license (AL or compact) required 2+ years of nursing experience required Experience with IVs, blood transfusions, and wound care required AHA certifications required Additional Information Provide direct patient care within a rehabilitation unit under the direction of the nurse manager Rehab experience preferred but not required Weekly orientation held on Mondays Scrub color required: navy or royal blue Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for the travel rate Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
