Key Qualifications:
Active RN license Recent experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Current BLS and ACLS certifications Proficiency with electronic health record documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care for critically ill individuals, including continuous monitoring and advanced life support interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, carry out physician orders, and ensure accurate documentation Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to provide updates and education Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and hospital protocols at all times Participate in rapid response and code blue team activities as needed This contract position offers you the chance to expand your experience within a dynamic ICU environment, gain exposure to diverse patient cases, and work alongside exceptional clinical professionals.
