Provides safe therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way. Incorporates differences into the provision of care. Integrates knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum to include patient and family education. Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols, or pathways for care delivery. Incorporates data and information to continuously improve care and practice to enhance outcomes. Minimum Education Associate degree in nursing or equivalent Minimum Experience 2 years recent acute care experience Required Registration/License/Certification Alabama Board of Nursing License ACLS must be obtained within 1 year of hire date BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire date PALS within 1 year of hire date (if required in work area) NIHSS w/in 90 days of hire/transfer (EAH to assist with certification completion) Preferred Education Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field Preferred Experience 5 years of Perioperative experiencePreferred Registration/License/Certification N/A Other Requirements N/A Location:
