POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the Assessment and Care Delivery/Service to Outpatient Infusion Center patients

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum Experience 2 years of nursing experience in infusions, in an outpatient or clinic setting Required Registration/License/Certification Registered Nursing License Chemotherapy Certification within 6 months of hire BLS within 90 days of date of hire or transfer ACLS within 12 months of hire/transfer Preferred Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BS Preferred Experience 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting in an outpatient chemotherapy/infusion center Preferred Registration/License/Certification OCN Other Requirements N/A
