Key Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license required Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in an EP (Electrophysiology) Lab Comprehensive understanding of cardiac EP procedures, including device implants and electrophysiology studies ACLS and BLS certifications current and maintained Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and dedicated teamwork skills Familiarity with monitoring equipment and EP Lab protocols

Essential Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care during EP Lab procedures Assist physicians during cardiac device placements, ablations, and diagnostic studies Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after procedures Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide immediate response to any adverse events Accurately document all aspects of care in accordance with regulatory and facility standards Educate and support patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
