Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Contract Step into an essential nursing role where your expertise in Med Surg will support patient recovery and enhance quality care delivery. As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide evidence-based clinical support, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a trusted resource for patients and their loved ones during pivotal moments.
Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license in good standing Minimum of one year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Proficient in documentation and electronic health record systems Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments
Schedule:
Contract assignment; shifts and duration will be discussed during the interview process
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring Administer medications, IVs, and treatments according to physician orders Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and aftercare Accurately document all interventions and patient responses Maintain adherence to infection prevention, safety, and quality standards
