Qualifications:
Active RN license with good standing Proven experience in operating room settings Current
BLS/ACLS
certifications Strong understanding of surgical procedures, aseptic technique, and patient safety protocols Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Ability to function effectively on interdisciplinary teams and respond swiftly to changing situations
Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub on surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile Monitor patient status throughout perioperative phases, providing diligent and compassionate care Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure smooth procedures Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation and surgical records Adhere to all infection control, safety, and quality standards Act as a resource for patients and families, delivering clear communication and reassurance Immerse yourself in a dynamic surgical team, make a meaningful impact, and expand your perioperative skills.
