Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm As a Registered Nurse specializing in home infusion, you will have the chance to broaden your healthcare expertise by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging closely with patients and their families. This pivotal role emphasizes patient assessment, education, and skilled care in a home setting—key experiences to help you stand out in your field.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical, emotional, and environmental assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans Administer intravenous medications, start and maintain IV lines Educate, counsel, and supervise patients and caregivers on IV therapy Monitor for adverse effects and coordinate care with physicians and other health professionals Document all care provided and communicate significant changes promptly Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times Supervise LVNs/LPNs where applicable and participate in on-call rotations as neededRequired Qualifications:
