• Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Available RN Shifts:

8-

Hour Shifts:

7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM
• 11:30 PM 12-

Hour Weekend Shifts:

7:00 AM

• 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM
• 7:00 AM; every other weekend (WORK 24 HOURS

Key Duties:

Administer and document medications and treatments Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments Observe, document, and report residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate members of the clinical team Provide direction and support to nursing staff as appropriate Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team Perform other nursing-related duties as required Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama Current CPR certification Long-term care or related experience is a plus Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Strong communication and leadership skills New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply!
