Registered Nurse RN Job Summary:

We are seeking RNs to join our team. As a RN at our facility, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and vital sign monitoring. You will also maintain accurate records and reports, and collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Registered Nurse RN Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and vital sign monitoring Maintain accurate records and reports, including fluid and meal intake and output Administer medications Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden Monitor and report any changes in resident condition Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, infection control and safety

Registered Nurse RN Qualifications:
