Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Current Alabama RN license (or eligible for licensure) A minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships team Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in acute care settings Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement performance-improvement initiatives BLS and ACLS required
