Previous nursing experience in a skilled nursing or home health environment preferred. Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to patient needs effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients and families. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
