Position Overview:

Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans and conditions. Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts for comprehensive patient care. Execute physician and nursing orders accurately. Assess and facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

Current RN license or eligibility in Alabama. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross. Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Skills & Key Duties:

Strong patient assessment and care coordination skills. Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare team and patients. Adherence to established protocols and physician orders. Focus on providing compassionate, personalized care.
