Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Alabama. Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively. Effective interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with patient and families. Knowledge of safety standards, infection control and quality improvement. Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice, assessment and planning activities, technical expertise and delegation skills to provide effective nursing care for assigned patients.
