  • Full-time Must be an RN who is organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Must have excellent clinical, communication and customer service skills. Must be able to teach, train and test in a variety of areas. Must be a team player. Must be able to orient and work closely with new employees. Coordinate with outside vendors to provide all employees with continuing education and uniforms. Provide mandatory in-services. Coordinate employee medical examinations and vaccinations. Summary As an RN Staff Development Nurse, you will be instrumental in enhancing the skills and knowledge of nursing staff within the organization. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive training and development programs that align with patient care standards and regulatory requirements. Your core competencies in nursing, medical documentation, and anatomy will be essential in creating effective educational materials. Strong communication and customer service skills will enable you to foster a supportive learning environment, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide high-quality care to patients.
