Reporting to the Nurse Manager, your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive training and development programs that align with patient care standards and regulatory requirements. Your core competencies in nursing, medical documentation, and anatomy will be essential in creating effective educational materials. Strong communication and customer service skills will enable you to foster a supportive learning environment, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide high-quality care to patients.
