Industrial RN-Onsite Nurse As an Industrial RN-Onsite Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services within an industrial setting. Your expertise will ensure the well-being of employees by providing immediate medical care, conducting health assessments, and promoting a safe work environment. This dynamic position allows you to make a significant impact on the health and safety of the workforce while collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals. What you'll do Provide direct patient care, including triage, assessments, and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses. Administer medications, perform IV infusions, and conduct diagnostic evaluations as needed. Collaborate with occupational health teams to implement wellness programs and health education initiatives. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Conduct physical examinations and monitor vital signs to ensure employee health and safety. Manage acute pain management cases and provide support for chronic conditions in the workplace. Facilitate communication between employees and healthcare providers regarding workers' compensation claims and treatment plans. Stay current with NCQA standards and best practices in industrial nursing to enhance patient care. Basic qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with experience in acute care or critical care settings.
