Schedule/Hours:
Night shift
Required Qualifications:
Active RN license Previous stepdown unit experience, particularly with cardiac patients Proficiency in Med Surg nursing Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a Med Surg/stepdown unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, providing prompt interventions as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Document and report on patient status and care progress Educate and support patients and their families
