Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed Collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff Record accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge instructions Maintain compliance with infection control and safety proceduresQualifications & Experience:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (Med Surg) nursing setting Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities Why Apply?
