ASPIRE CAHABA - NIGHT HOUSE SUPERVISOR
Aspire Cahaba is looking for an internal team member to join our leadership team as a Full-Time Night House Supervisor.AVAILABLE SHIFT
11P-7A or 7P-3ASCHEDULE
Alternating week rotation Week 1: Sunday-Thursday Week 2: Sunday, Monday, OFF Tuesday or Wednesday, Thursday, FridayPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide shift staffing support, assignments, and staff management Round throughout the facility and support the overnight team Complete cart compliance checks Complete daily audits and required follow-up Assist with staff education and support Serve as a resource and leader for overnight staff Provide cart coverage during emergencies, when necessary (rare) Remain hands-on and willing to assist patients and staff as neededWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong rapport with staff Positive, team-focused leadership Strong work ethic and accountability Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Hands-on approach with patients and staff Excellent communication and leadership skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous knowledge of Matrix and NHS systems preferred Skilled nursing experience preferredADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
