Job Description

Category Nursing - RN - Cath Lab Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Cath Lab procedures. This position requires delivering high-quality nursing care within a dynamic cardiac catheterization environment. The role begins on 8/17 and offers a contract engagement with day shifts.
Schedule:
3 shifts per week, 12 hours each Day shift: 6:30 am - 7:00 pm
Qualifications:
Active RN license Previous experience in a Cath Lab setting required Proficiency with cardiac catheterization and related procedures BLS and ACLS certification up to date Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Perform nursing care for patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures Administer medications and monitor patient's response Assist physicians with procedures, including prepping and circulating during cases Continuously monitor patient condition and ensure proper documentation Respond promptly to emergencies, following established protocols Provide patient and family education regarding procedures and aftercare
