They demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking, collaborating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a positive experience. New graduates or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas; BSN preferred. Utilizes basic knowledge and skills to meet care standards and functions as a full partner within the interdisciplinary team. Participates in required training, including CPR; specialty areas may require additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS. Authorized for 72 hours bi-weekly, adhering to organizational policies and departmental procedures.
