Description Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN
  • Safety Sensitive Job We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis.
This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient care within a supportive and professional environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality nursing services while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments
  • Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and wound care
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, especially in safety-sensitive environments
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care activities

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Flexibility to work PRN shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of safety-sensitive procedures and compliance standards
  • The applicant must be a graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
  • They must have a valid Registered Nurse License or temporary Permit, and a valid BLS Certification.
  • ER RN are required to a valid ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Certification.
