Duration:
13 weeks
Schedule:
Night shifts, 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m. In this role, you'll work in a dynamic NICU setting, enhancing your skills by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adapting to various leadership styles. Exposure to differing clinical practices will enable you to expand your professional toolkit while contributing to positive patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Current RN license Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications Minimum 2 years of Level II/Level
III NICU
experience Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from
Centerton, AR Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates in accordance with best practices Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly Administer medications and perform life-saving interventions as needed Communicate effectively with families and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
