We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our clinical team and play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive timely and effective treatment.

Responsibilities:

Provide and document all treatments as ordered by the provider Perform wound assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team Monitor skin integrity and implement preventative measures Ensure timely and accurate charting in the EMR Participate in care planning and resident rounds Communicate changes in condition to the DON, provider, and care team Support nursing staff with clinical needs as appropriate Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas Experience in skilled nursing, wound care, or treatment nursing preferred Strong assessment and documentation skills Dependable, organized, and committed to resident-centered care Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team Why Join Nightingale at Stonegate?
