Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing At least 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and safe OR protocols Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical cases Maintain a sterile environment and uphold all infection control standards Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthetists, and surgical technologists Monitor patient status and handle emergent situations with professionalism Document accurately and promptly in electronic medical records Educate patients and support their families during perioperative phases
