Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities Participate in initial and ongoing review of clients needs. Provide recommendations regarding the appropriate frequency of supervisory visits. Assist in identifying changes in client condition that may require reassessment, referral, or a higher level of care. Review client safety concerns, falls, hospitalizations, and significant incidents. Communicate with clients, representatives, physicians, and other healthcare providers when appropriate and authorized. Assist in developing and reviewing aide service plans and client-specific instructions. Ensure caregivers are not assigned nursing tasks beyond their training, competency, or lawful scope.
Qualifications The RN must:
Hold a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license permitting practice in Arkansas.
Pay:
$36.00 - $46.00 per hour
