They must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and collaborate effectively within the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications include being a new graduate or a licensed RN in Arkansas, with a preferred BSN. They should apply basic nursing skills, understand departmental and organizational policies, and participate fully as a team member. Additional requirements include healthcare CPR certification, with some areas requiring ACLS, PALS, and NALS training, which is provided. This position is scheduled for 72 hours bi-weekly during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
