ASAP Desired Qualifications:

Current RN license Minimum of 3 years recent MICU experience highly preferred Proficiency in

COVID-19

patient care Strong organizational and communication abilities Ability to adapt quickly to new protocols and environments

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based care to critically ill patients, including those impacted by

COVID-19

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor, assess, and respond to complex patient needs Implement infection control and patient safety practices consistently Document care thoroughly and accurately in electronic medical records
