Start:
ASAP Desired Skills & Experience:
Active RN license Minimum of 3 years' experience in MICU nursing preferred Proven hands-on experience with
COVID-19
protocols and patient care Ability to adapt quickly within new clinical settings Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive critical care to MICU patients, including those affected by
COVID-19
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and deliver patient-centered care plans Maintain updated documentation and follow infection control protocols Respond to changing patient needs in a fast-paced environment
