As a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) RN, you'll care for complex cases, expanding your clinical expertise in an environment tackling evolving healthcare needs. ASAP Key Qualifications:
3+ years of recent MICU experience (preferred) Experience caring for
COVID-19
patients Registered Nurse license, current and in good standing Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced care for critically ill adults Monitor, assess, and document patient status Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based care plans Respond quickly to changes in patient condition using expert judgment Promote infection control best practices, especially regarding
