They demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of department workflows to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications include being a new RN graduate or an RN in good standing, licensed in Arkansas, with a preference for a BSN. The nurse applies foundational skills to meet care standards and collaborates effectively within the interdisciplinary team. Specialty education and certifications such as CPR, ACLS, PALS, or NALS are provided as needed. The position offers a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule during daytime hours from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
