What Were Looking For:

Active, unencumbered RN license Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable Proficiency with healthcare documentation and electronic records Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members Ability to assess, triage, and manage diverse health needs and emergencies Adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast-paced school environment

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing daily healthcare and immediate response to student health concerns and injuries Managing chronic conditions and executing individualized healthcare plans (IEPs, 504s, etc.) Educating students and staff on health, wellness, and disease prevention Administering medications and treatments with accuracy and care Supporting school health screenings and immunization compliance Collaborating with school leadership and families on health-related issues impacting school life
