LPN Pay:

$30

•32/hour Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a 1:1 pediatric home care opportunity with a premature pediatric patient in the 85392 area . This is a full-time night shift position offering 40 hours per week. The nurse will provide individualized skilled nursing care in the patient's home. Trach and ventilator experience is required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient Provide and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator care Monitor the patient's condition and respond appropriately to changes Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care Document care and patient progress accurately Communicate with the family and clinical care team Maintain a safe and comfortable home care environment

Qualifications:
