• As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Cath Lab, you will be a vital member of a high-performing team, delivering critical and compassionate care to patients undergoing life-saving cardiovascular procedures.

You'll leverage your expertise daily to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, excelling in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where every action directly impacts patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Expert Clinical Care:

Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve optimal health outcomes for Cath Lab patients, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care. +

Critical Assessment & Intervention:

Proficiently assess patient conditions, recognize and adapt to changes (e.g., lab, vitals, test values), and perform timely, clinically appropriate interventions. +

Prioritization & Organization:

Skillfully organize and prioritize complex patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery while maintaining patient comfort and safety. +

Collaborative Communication:

Clear communicate with physicians and other providers, and ensure a seamless nurse-to-nurse handoff at the bedside. +

Patient Advocacy & Ethics:

Serve as a dedicated advocate for patient needs, demonstrating holistic care practices and upholding high ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

• Required + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing +

Registered Nurse:

AZ or Compact + American Heart Association + Basic Life Support + Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days Preferred + Bachelors Other BSN and One year recent acute care experience
