As a Hospice Clinical Manager RN at Gentiva, you will lead an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate, home-based end-of-life care. You'll oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality, compliant hospice services, and support nurses through coaching, scheduling, and case review. Working closely with physicians, social workers, and chaplains, you will coordinate individualized care plans that honor patient dignity and comfort.
