Shift Schedule:
12-hour shifts -
Days:
6:30 AM 7:00 PM;
Nights:
6:30 PM 7:00 AM. 24/7 operation; days, nights, weekends, holidays, urgent coverage, and block scheduling. 30-minute unpaid meal break when relieved of duties. Shifts Needed per
Month:
~180 RN shifts/month total (6/day x 30) Credentialing /
Onboarding Time:
6 to 8 weeks
License:
Any state license works, current, active, full, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state, DC, PR, or territory)
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (current). TNCC preferred/recommended.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, ADN, BSN, or higher)
Experience Needed:
Minimum 2 years as an RN, with at least 2 years of Emergency Department experience
Special Skills Needed:
Emergency nursing across all ages (neonate through geriatric); triage; trauma/high-acuity stabilization and resuscitation support; transfer preparation; rural/transfer-dependent, limited-resource, Tribal healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Triage, assess, monitor, and provide nursing care for ED patients from non-critical to critical acuity; initiate the nursing process; support emergency response, stabilization, and transfer prep; complete accurate, timely EHR documentation; patient education.
