Duration:
1 year contract
Shift Schedule:
12-hour shifts -
Days:
7:30 AM 8:00 PM;
Nights:
7:30 PM 8:00 AM. 24/7 operation; days, nights, weekends, holidays, urgent coverage, block scheduling. 30-minute unpaid meal break when relieved. Shifts Needed per
Month:
~120 RN shifts/month total (4/day x 30) Credentialing /
Onboarding Time:
6 to 8 weeks
License:
Any state license works - current, active, full, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state, DC, PR, or territory)
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (current)
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, ADN, BSN, or higher)
Experience Needed:
Minimum 2 years as an RN, with at least 2 years of Medical/Surgical or comparable inpatient experience
Special Skills Needed:
Inpatient care for adult and pediatric patients within competency; medication/treatment administration; patient monitoring; discharge support; rural CAH, limited-resource, Tribal environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide safe inpatient nursing care; administer medications/treatments; monitor patients; support discharges; complete accurate and timely EHR documentation; patient/family education.
