Registered Nurse Pay:

$2,900/weekly working 40 hours Weekly Direct Deposit every Friday W2 position with benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K.

Registered Nurse Job Details:

Perform in-home assessments to evaluate patient needs, develop care plans, and establish goals for treatment Deliver direct nursing care, including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and disease management education Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and home health aides Monitor patient progress, modify care plans as needed, and report changes in condition to physicians Ensure accurate, timely documentation in EMR and compliance with Medicare and state regulations Educate patients and caregivers on home health procedures and chronic disease management Participate in on-call rotation as needed Case Manager RN /

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Unencumbered Any State Licensure Active

BLS, ACLS

certification Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or acute care Must have a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws. Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Experience with OASIS documentation (preferred) Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations (preferred) Case management certification (preferred) for more details and the next steps!
