Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or licensed aesthetic specialist with expertise in dermal fillers and Botox treatments to join our innovative medical spa team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical nursing skills with aesthetic procedures, delivering personalized skincare solutions that boost confidence and enhance natural beauty. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, informed, and empowered to achieve their aesthetic goals. Responsibilities Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision, ensuring safety and optimal results for each client Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including chemical peels, laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, and skin rejuvenation techniques Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-procedure care to foster trust and satisfaction Manage patient consultations, assess skin conditions, and develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Assist with retail sales of skincare products, dermal fillers, Botox products, and other aesthetic supplies to enhance client results and business growth Requirements Valid nursing license (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) certification with experience in aesthetic medicine preferred 3 or more years' experience in injections Proven expertise in injection administration of botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers Certification from accredited school for Dermal Fillers, Botox injections Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, hair threading, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and other skin rejuvenation techniques Strong management skills with experience using salon software such as Millennium or
MINDBODY
for scheduling and client management Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare instructions Experience working in the beauty industry or medical spa setting is highly desirable Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly yet professional demeanor Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously while managing multiple client appointments efficiently Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus Join us if you're passionate about combining healthcare expertise with aesthetics to create transformative experiences for clients. Pay:
$40.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 10.0 per week
