In this role, you will perform a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments while creating thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that honor each patient's natural beauty and aesthetic goals. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a calm and confident bedside manner, and a love for educating and guiding patients through their aesthetic journey. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct thorough and friendly consultations to assess patients' needs, educate them on available treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans Administer a variety of injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, microneedling, and lasers, ensuring precision and safety Educate patients about pre- and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects, ensuring their informed consent. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting treatment details, progress, and any adverse reactions Follow up with client's post-procedure Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetics through ongoing training and professional development Ensure the safety and comfort of patients Provide accurate charting and clinical documentation of each treatment Meet or exceed client retention goals and evolve the client treatment plan to meet clients' needs and maintain a natural aesthetic Knowledgeable about various practice offerings and when to cross promote for best results: laser, skin health treatments, and skincare Strong Knowledge in medical-grade skincare and ability to suggest a curated regimen to provide optimal outcomes This is a commission-only W-2 position beginning at 1-2 days per week based on your existing patient base. Additional days are added through booking milestone progression — typically within the first several months for an experienced injector. Schedule flexibility includes choice of starting day (Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday)
Requirements and Qualifications:
Current and valid RN, NP, or PA license in Arizona. Certification as an Aesthetic Injector. Minimum of 3+ year's
