• Responsibilities:

• + Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.

+ Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner. + Delegates tasks based on the needs of the patient, potential for harm, patient stability, task complexity, and outcome predictability within the scope of skill set and practice. + Uses knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs. + Applies negotiation and conflict management strategies. + Identifies opportunities for process improvement on nursing unit and actively participates in the implementation. \#MedSurg2025

• Job Requirements

• Required:

• + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing +

• Licensure:

• Active RN License in good standing with the state of Arizona +

• Certifications:

• Current American Heart Association BLS (upon hire) and American Heart Association ACLS (obtained within 6 months of hire)

• Preferred:

• + One (1) year recent acute care RN experience + Bachelors of Science in Nursing
