The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on cosmetic injecting experience (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, etc.) combined with a strong interest in hormones, peptides, weight loss, and integrative wellness therapies. This role is designed for a motivated provider who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment and is passionate about delivering safe, consistent, and transformative results while driving practice growth. Key Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRF/PRP, and biostimulators with precision, safety, and artistry. Conduct thorough consultations, educate patients on available services, and design customized treatment plans tailored to aesthetic and wellness goals. Support patient wellness journeys by evaluating interest in and delivering therapies such as hormone optimization, peptide protocols, weight management programs, and advanced wellness services. Provide exceptional patient care—from initial consultation through follow-up—ensuring every client feels valued, safe, and cared for. Consistently promote services and memberships while meeting and exceeding sales and conversion goals. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations and practice protocols. Participate in ongoing training to remain current on aesthetic techniques, emerging technologies, and wellness therapies. Collaborate closely with the medical director, clinical staff, and front desk team to ensure seamless patient experiences and optimal clinic flow. Champion a safety-first culture, adhering to all regulatory, clinical, and infection control standards. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in AZ. Minimum 2 years of direct cosmetic injecting experience (required). Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injectable techniques. Demonstrated interest in hormones, peptides, weight loss, and holistic wellness. Proven success in a sales-driven environment, with ability to meet and exceed patient conversion and revenue goals. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to educate, upsell, and retain clients. Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and delivering consistently excellent results.
