Key Qualifications:

Current RN license in Arizona or a compact RN license Experience working in oncology and the cath lab setting Demonstrated proficiency administering chemotherapy Strong teamwork and communication capabilities

BLS/ACLS

certification preferred Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity situations

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care to patients in both the cath lab and oncology units, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Administer chemotherapy and other specialized treatments, closely monitoring patient responses and promptly managing any side effects Collaborate with physicians and medical teams to tailor individualized care plans and support positive patient outcomes Educate patients and their families about procedures, recovery, ongoing therapies, and health maintenance Accurately document patient care, treatments, and responses in the electronic health record Participate in continuous training and professional development Maintain infection control protocols and ensure compliance with hospital policies
